Our colleagues are ofcourse best able to tell you what it means to work at Mysolution. Read below the story of Kevin Correljé, Consultant at Mysolution.
Before my start at Mysolution, I was completing my thesis for the Business Management - Business Administration program. During my education I learned how to contribute to innovations and changes within and outside an organization.
When the end of my thesis was approaching, I came into contact with the recruiter of Mysolution, Jeremy van der Plaat. After the pleasant contact moment with Jeremy, I decided to apply for the position of Junior IT Consultant. I was looking for a job where I would get a lot of responsibility and there is intensive contact with customers. Because of this I chose Mysolution!
What I contribute to Mysolution is to help customers optimize, automate and digitize all work processes. The staffing industry is always in motion, the business processes at our customers are changing rapidly. This makes working at Mysolution very challenging and varied. You get to know the industry well and come into contact with many people. In addition to the beautiful function, as a starter, it is also important that your own development is central. At Mysolution it is in the culture to help each other, you notice that from day one.
In addition, many different sessions are organized to take your consultancy skills and personal skills to a higher level. More than a year and a half ago I started the Mysolution Academy, in which consultants receive one month of training. These trainings are given by experienced colleagues on all components within the Mysolution software.
After such an educational month, it is time to get started with various projects. I soon knew that I wanted to specialize in digitization through the Mysolution portals. In the past year and a half, I have been able to help customers digitize processes that used to be manual.
Our goal is to have data entered directly by the end user or contacts. This saves a lot of time for the back office, because we no longer have to act as an administrative agent. The biggest challenge here is to make the portal run simply and effectively, so that the end user can work pleasantly with it and all the necessary information is directly in the system.
What my next step is to further specialize in the back office. The back office appeals to me, because it allows me to think along well and help improve the customer's business processes.
