Sonja has been working for Mysolution for several years and performs her function as a documentalist and functional tester with great love. A nice and especially useful combination: test an application first, so that you then know exactly what users may encounter and how you can adjust the help function to this. Sonja writes the text for this help function.
Sonja can't be deprived of experience in the ICT sector. For example, she previously worked as a documentalist at a developer of CRM software and as an editor at elsevier's tax return software. No one needs to explain to Sonja how important user-friendly help functions and help texts are.
Sonja gets energy from 'working together with colleagues on new functionalities and ensuring that everything is correct and works as it should work'. According to Sonja, an application must be user-friendly. According to her, the help function must also have a clear explanation. Because she also answers questions from customers, she knows who she is doing her work for. 'Ultimately, they should be able to do their work better, easier and faster through our application', Sonja summarizes the higher purpose of her work.
