      Business Label now available in Cars, Assets and Course Registrations

      Documents generated from the Cars, Assets and Course Registrations objects can now also include Business Label tags. MSR-933 | Sep 2024

      Organisations that use the Cars and/or Assets objects.

      Benefits for you as a user

      • You can now generate documents per Business Label for the Cars, Assets and Course Registrations objects. 

      Explanation of this new feature

       Business Label functionality has now been added to the Cars, Assets and Course Registrations objects. This allows you to include Business Label tags in documents generated from car assignments and asset issuances. You can also now add business label information from a course registration.

      Feature Implementation Time

      • Very simple implementation: Implementation time < 30 minutes

      Setup
      To use this functionality, you need to adjust the permissions on the Cars, Assets and Course Registrations objects and add the label field to the page layouts. Then you need to regenerate the XML files for these objects and link them to your document template.
