      Checklist items for Placement, Employment Contract and Application on the portal

      From now on, candidates can also see their checklist items for the Placement, Employment Contract and Application calculation levels on the portal. MSR-859 | Sep 2024

      Who is this feature for?

      This is relevant for customers who use checklist items for their candidates.

      Benefits at a glance:

      • Checklist items for the Placement, Employment Contract and Application calculation levels are now also displayed
      • Only active checklist items for the specified calculation levels are shown
      • Uploaded documents for a checklist item are stored with the candidate

      How it works

      In addition to checklist items for the Person calculation level, checklist items required for the Placement, Employment Contract and Application levels are now also displayed on the portal. The candidate can upload the necessary documents themselves.

      Feature Implementation Time (FIT)

      • No implementation/setup required

      Setup

      A validation has been created to display these checklist items on the candidate portal. The document type associated with the checklist item must be used for the 'Contact' (Person) object. Other objects are not allowed by the validation, ensuring that uploaded documents are stored with the candidate.
