      Component to select hirer’s CLA for an account

      You can now select a hirer’s CLA for a specific account in MSR. MSR-963 | Sep 2024

      Who is this feature for?

      For customers using MSR in combination with MSF via an OData connection.

      Benefits for you as a user

      • With a new component, you can select hirers’ CLAs for the specific account.


      Explanation of this new feature

       With the new component, it is now possible to select hirers’ CLAs for a specific account:

      The CLA is retrieved directly from MSF based on the following logic:

      1. The Hirer tab shows the hirer’s CLAs that match the Chamber of Commerce numbers of the current account and those in the hierarchy, based on the account hierarchy in MSR. If there are multiple matches, you can select them.
      2. The General tab shows the general CLAs (not specifically the hirer’s CLA).

      Once selected, the CLA is saved in the CLA field in the account.

      • Very simple implementation: < 30 minutes

      Setup
      To select the hirer’s CLA, add the ‘Collective Agreement’ component to the account object’s page.
