Who is My Sign for?

The new My Sign service from Mysolution is relevant for customers who already use digital document signing or are considering doing so. This includes documents such as employment contracts, placement agreements or temporary work confirmations that require a (digital) signature for legal validity. For documents where specific agreements are recorded, My Sign also offers an option where the recipient can mark the document as 'Approved'. For example, this could be a safety instruction for a specific client or work location. 


Using My Sign is free!

As a service to our customers, we offer My Sign completely free of charge. You won’t have to pay any additional costs per document or signature, now or in the future. Make use of it!

 

The unique features of My Sign at a glance

Mysolution has developed its own digital signing method, 'My Sign', which offers several unique advantages and features:

  • Documents to be signed are visible in the Mysolution candidate or customer portal
  • Digital signing takes place within the secure environment of the Mysolution portals
  • The portal's security can be enhanced with Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
  • The recruiter can leave a personal message for the signer
  • My Sign automatically sends invitation emails, reminder emails and completion emails
  • For each document type, you can choose between an electronic signature and a digital tick
  • An audit report is generated and stored per file
  • Email notifications can be customised per Business Label
  • Use your own email templates to fully personalise notifications and compose them in the signer's language 

How it works

My Sign allows candidates, contact persons and users to digitally sign documents.

Offering a document for signature works similarly to the existing CM Sign method.

The signer receives an email asking them to sign a document. After signing and completing the process, the signer also automatically receives an email notification from My Sign. The recruiter is notified via email once the offered documents have been signed or rejected.

The document to be signed appears on the portal in a separate tile for Digital Signing when action is required from the candidate or contact person. A preview of the document is shown and the digital signature can be placed. Once signed, the document moves to the regular document tile.

A reminder email is sent after a configurable number of days if the document has not yet been signed.

The signing process expires after a set number of days, which is 30 by default. In this case, the document disappears from the portal and MSR must follow up accordingly.

Upon completion of digital signing, an audit report is automatically generated and stored.
