Explanation of this new feature
In this phase, we are making many textual and visual improvements to the pop-up screen where you add and adjust search criteria. Our goal is to enhance the user experience with small improvements without disrupting the familiar workflow. In addition, you can now hide search topics that are less relevant to your organisation.
Textual and visual changes:
- More context in the next steps by displaying the chosen search topic and search field
- Consistent button labels and positioning of buttons
- Improved alignment of screen elements
- Better translations
- The Mandatory/Optional switch now has the same appearance as in the overview screen
Functional change:
- Only show the search topics relevant to your organization in the start screen
Feature Implementation Time Model (FIT)
- No implementation/setup required
Setup
The visual and textual improvements work immediately; no setup is required. To hide irrelevant search topics, several new fields have been added in the section 'Custom Settings, Columns, Filter and Custom Label Settings'. For each search topic, you will find a field indicating whether the search topic is shown or not. By unticking the box, you hide the respective search topic.
