Feature Explanation
Each part of this feature includes new or improved functionality.

Compact chip display for selected look-up records
Search criteria that involve selecting records now use a compact element (a "chip") to display selected records. This replaces scrolling lists, ensuring a clear overview and easy access to all selected records. The icon on the chip indicates whether the record is a person, job, or account.

Clearer distinction between search operators and picklists using radio buttons
Search operators such as "Is equal to" and "Is not equal to" are now displayed in a radio group. This makes it easier to distinguish search settings from picklist values.

Multi-select picklist search based on "All search values"
A new search operator, "All selected search values," has been added for multi-select picklists. The existing operators "Contains" and "Does not contain" have been renamed to "At least one selected search value" and "None of the selected search values," respectively.

Search based on "Is not empty" (setup required)
Wherever the "Is empty" operator is available, you will now also find "Is not empty." To use this option, it must first be enabled in your environment. Until this is configured, a disabled operator with an information icon will be displayed on the screen. See the "Setup" section for more details.

Search for attributes (Skills) with a validity date
A date field has been added to the Skills search topic. This allows you to search for people who had one or all of the selected attributes on a specific date. The validity date cannot be used in combination with the search operator "None of the selected search values."

The "Jobs" search topic is now called "Applications"

The label "Applications" better reflects the updated functionality of this search topic. All familiar elements remain, but new search options have been added:

  • Has or does not have an application – Previously, the condition "has an application" was always applied by default. This is now explicitly available as a switch, which, when turned off, selects candidates who have no application.
  • Select Jobs and/or Accounts – Previously, you could only select specific jobs that a candidate had applied for. Now, you can also filter by one or more specific accounts where the candidate has applied. You can even combine multiple jobs and accounts in a single search. The selected jobs and accounts are displayed as compact chips in the overview.
  • "Select Jobs" pop-up redesigned – The pop-up that appears when selecting jobs has been redesigned for a simpler and more compact layout, improving clarity.
  • Application date – You can now filter candidates based on applications within a specific date range. It is possible to enter only a "From" or "Until" date if needed.
  • Status at any point – Candidates can now be filtered based on whether they reached a specific application status at any point during the process. This option has been added alongside the existing filters for "Current application status" and "Last status before rejection."

The "Placement" search topic

All familiar elements remain, but new search options have been added or improved:

  • Has or does not have a placement – Previously, the condition "has a placement" was always applied by default. This is now explicitly available as a switch, which, when turned off, selects candidates who do not have a placement.
  • Select accounts – Selected accounts are now displayed as compact chips in the overview.
  • Reference date or date range – Filter candidates based on a placement on a specific date or within a defined period. You can choose to use a single reference date or specify a date range by entering both a "From" and "Until" date.
    • Condition for "On date" – The placement must be active on the specified date.
    • Condition for "Period" – The placement period must overlap at least partially with the specified date range.
