How it works
From now on, you can also e-mail large attachments. From Search People, the various job application overviews and the document list, you can now also send documents larger than approx. 5 MB to recipients. Make sure that the combined file size of the attachments does not exceed 20 MB. The condition is that these documents are stored in Salesforce. If file attachments are manually added to an email, the limit of approx. 5 MB still apply.
It is not yet possible to send file attachments larger than 5 MB via the flow components AdvancedSendEmailThroughFlow and AdvancedSendEmailsThroughFlow.
This does not yet apply to all automatically sent e-mail, such as the GDPR Privacy e-mail, Checklist reminder, Job Alert and the e-mail for creating accounts on the portal.
