      Send large file attachments via e-mail

      From now on, you can also e-mail large attachments. MSR-1003 | Nov 2024

      All users benefit from this improvement.


      How it works

      From now on, you can also e-mail large attachments. From Search People, the various job application overviews and the document list, you can now also send documents larger than 6 MB to recipients. Make sure that the combined file size of the attachments does not exceed 20 MB.

      It is not yet possible to send file attachments larger than 6 MB via the flow components AdvancedSendEmailThroughFlow and AdvancedSendEmailsThroughFlow. 

      This does not yet apply to all automatically sent e-mail, such as the GDPR Privacy e-mail, Checklist reminder, Job Alert and the e-mail for creating accounts on the portal.
