Show job application overview on the customer and candidate portal

Who is this for?

This feature helps you involve your clients and candidates in the job application process by providing detailed information about job applications and application steps. 

The following features are now available:

• Customers/candidates are shown a list of their job applications on the portal.
• You can configure which job application fields are shown, including documents.
• For every job application status, you can configure whether you want it to be visible on the candidate or customer portal.
• Appointments and the status log are also shown in the job application detail view.
• You can also configure which appointment and status log fields you want to display
• For appointments, internal and external participants are automatically retrieved and displayed
• On the candidate portal, candidates can download their appointment and add it to their calendar with the click of a button

How it works in a nutshell

You can display a job application overview on the portal. The candidate portal displays the candidate’s own job applications. The customer portal displays job applications to jobs linked to the account of the logged-in contact.

Clicking on a job application opens the detail view. A list of appointments and the job application status log is displayed at the bottom (provided it has been configured in the portal controller).

Clicking on the calendar icon lets the user open the appointment and save it in their calendars:
