      Explanation of this new feature

      Previously, 'Text Area (Rich)' fields could not be included in screen flows, meaning this information could only be filled in via the standard input screen. If you primarily use screen flows for your data entry, it can be easy to forget to fill in the rich text fields.

      This new feature includes a Rich Text Area component that can be added to a screen flow. This function allows text formatting within the flow, improving communication and data entry processes. 

      Enhance your screen flows with our integrated 'Rich Text Area' component. Our consultants rely on these flows for various applications.
