Privacy Policy Mysolution Portal App

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Mysolution BV collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Mysolution App. We use information collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy to improve the quality of the Mysolution App provided to you and others. In exchange for allowing this access, you receive the right to access and use the Mysolution App. You can revoke access at any time by not using the app and delete it from your devices. Information you provide by Installing the Mysolution App: When you install the application, you will give Mysolution BV permission to access and use certain personal information contained therein. The information from your account will only be used for carrying out the services that you have requested.

Use of Personal Information

Mysolution App is a time and leave registration tool. This application enables users to register working hours, consult the schedule data, leave requests and declarations. The user can click on the personal page and find out basic data on the user. The user can also choose to submit data, hand in the timesheet, leave request, or related information.

Names • Addresses • Email addresses • Job title • Company name • Working hours • Absence hours • Hourly wage • Weekly wage • Monthly wage • Declarations

Mysolution BV respects the privacy of all users of its applications and ensures the confidential treatment of the personal information provided by you. Mysolution will never sell any personal information to third parties. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our database. We may make use of third parties, in which case these suppliers are bound to the same privacy processing and security measures.

Warranty and Liability

Although we do our utmost to keep the app and its components up to date, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will be the case at any given moment. No rights may be obtained from the information contained in the Mysolution App. On no account Mysolution BV can be held liable for any damages being the direct or indirect consequence of and/or related to the use of this application and/or the failure of this application to function (fully) and/or related to the data used.

Mysolution BV reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Statement. Therefore, regularly check our Privacy Statement for possible changes to our policy.  Your acceptance of these terms  By using the Mysolution App, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our services. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
